Q. What is an affiliate program?
A. An affiliate program is a system in which a company pays you for new customer referrals.

Q. Will I still receive commission on sales made after the customer initially visits the MCH Multimedia website?
A. Yes, our Affiliate Tracking System will track customers to credit your site with later sales for a a week. This means that someone can click on your affiliate link, visit our site and even if they don't buy anything right away, if they come back to the MCH Multimedia website anytime within the next week and sign up for our services, you will still earn a commission on that sale! Your customers must have their cookies turned on so that they can be tracked to credit your account with the appropriate commission.

Q. When/How do I get paid?
A. When we get a sale with your Referral ID, you will get credits for that sale. At the end of each month any affilaite with a total of at least $15 worth of commisions will be mailed a check for the amount they are due.

Q. So if I don't make $15 in commissions in a given month do I loose what I did earn?
A. Of course not! It will be carried over to the next month. The reason for this is to minimize the amount of checks sent. This is cost effective and much more efficent.
